Tane's Hot Fudge



Tane's Hot Fudge makes about a cup
this is a thinner kind of hot fudge
than the usual kind and quite good
on ice cream


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/8 cup milk


  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons water


Mix sugar, corn syrup, and milk together in saucepan and bring to a full boil. Add the chocolate, butter, and water to the boiling mixture, return to boiling, and allow to boil for three minutes. Multiple batches cooked at once may require additional boiling time.

Serve hot on top of ice cream.
