As is often the case, the latest news on the water augmentation plan
is "not much new news to report." Our lawyers and water engineers are
curently comparing the relative advantages and disadvantages of
amending our existing water augmentation plan to include the Arapaho
Aquifer versus drafting a new augmentation plan from the ground up.
Drafting a new plan offers greater flexibility and more options that
we might be able to take advantage of, but it also requires additional
levels of approval and could be subject to protests that would not be
raised against amending the existing plan. Stay tuned to find out
